Disposition Manager (Wholesale Real Estate) / VAME

At VAme, we are looking for a Disposition Manager (Wholesale Real Estate). As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Market and sell properties under contract to cash buyers and investors.
• Manage and grow a network of buyers through calls, emails, and social media.
• Use InvestorLift to manage listings, offers, and buyer communications.
• Negotiate prices and ensure quick, profitable closings.
• Coordinate with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth handover of deals

Must-have:

• Experience in wholesale real estate dispositions.
• Proficient with InvestorLift software (required).
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Assertive, confident, and highly motivated to close deals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unfiltered environment.
